RETURNS REFUND POLICY

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and kept in the exact same condition as you received. All original packaging must be intact.

To initiate a return, you need to provide an order receipt or valid proof of purchase. Do NOT ship returned goods directly to the manufacturer.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned goods, we will send an email notification. We will inform you whether your refund request is approved or rejected.

If approved, your refund will be processed automatically. Funds will be credited back to your original payment method within several business days.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund:

  1. Double-check your bank account balance first.
  2. Contact your credit card issuer. Refunds often require processing time before posting.
  3. Reach out to your banking institution for further confirmation.

Sale Items

Only full-priced regular items qualify for refunds. All discounted sale items are non-refundable.

Exchanges

We offer exchanges only for defective or damaged goods. If you wish to exchange for the identical product, send an email to Onlinepay@sale-shopgoods.com.

Shipping for Returns

You are responsible for all return shipping fees. Shipping charges are non-refundable. If your refund is granted, return shipping costs will be subtracted from your refund amount.

Delivery lead time for exchanged items varies based on your location.

For any item valued over $75, we strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot take responsibility if your returned parcel fails to arrive at our warehouse.
